We would like to bring your attention to an amazing offer:
This special feature is called "search analysis", which is a very special concordance function for Bible study. The results that appear in the search window are further analyzed by frequency of occurrence, Strong number (ie Greek / Hebrew) and by the translation.
What is this feature used for?
Use the "Search and Word Analyzer" to group the frequency occurrence of words. You can save a lot of time using it! You can also analyze Strong numbers.
a) If we search for a Strong number, or the original Greek / Hebrew translation:
You can easily and quickly see which different Greek/Hebrew words are translated under your chosen word. This way, without a dictionary, you can see the difference in the translation of the original meaning of the Greek / Hebrew word.
b) If we search for an English word:
And vice versa, you can quickly determine of a translated word what Greek / Hebrew words they were translated from.
This feature is a useful innovation in the world of Bible programs and is currently only available in Bible Discovery!
We would like to show you how it works through an example:
For example, look for the occurrences of the word sin. Hit Search in the search panel and it will give you a screen similar to the following:
In the list of findings, you will also find an analysis of the KJV/NASB+ under the "Search Analyzer" section. Selecting this will analyze the list of results and display the following screen:
In this case, we can see the words grouped by Hebrew / Greek word’s roots as known as Strong numbers, therefor we can see the word behind of each Strong number. You can see the different meanings of the word “sin” is actually the types of sins.
In this case the groups are in decreasing order of the number of hits, but in the top right corner of the screen you can change according to the name or to the Strong number as well.
By opening and selecting a group of an English word, we get the Bible verses that we find in this translation of this Strong number, as shown in the following screenshot:
You can find interesting discoveries by analyzing the „mind”, „heart” and „soul” words.
